War of Kalinga

This is a story of love so selfless, so pure
A battle with enemies but each other’s cure

A love who knocked on his door when he was exiled from his own kingdom
a love that gave racism of rich and poor, some freedom
a love that was with him at any age of his life
a love that taught him what love feels like

The battle stuck between political, economical and egoistic issues
he was forced to decide between love or edicts, whom to choose

Meanwhile, she was just trying to be a part of her kingdom
a kingdom with no king but the conquest, against her own Adam
a kingdom with very less hopes but the courage
a kingdom with less army but a lot of warriors over the stage
a kingdom who was standing against a flood of ego and anger
a kingdom who was ready to face the upcoming danger

With every passing daggers, axe or sword
there occurred countless lesion, abrasion and wound
shields or swords were hardly protective
when love bows and ego becomes affective
Kalinga was losing faster than expectation
a place known for her beautiful creation

Killing warrior, releasing souls from captivity
He reached up to her, drinking every drop of insensitivity

And a sight of her was enough to melt his anger down
a sight of her was enough to make him forget the crown
a sight of her made him realize the beauty of world
a sight of her was enough to give warmth in season of cold

suddenly came a sword, splashing her blood on his face
the moment pause was enough
to make her heart rip into hundreds

His soldiers have conquered Kalinga by now
holding her body in his state
he was stunned in his own chao
that bloodshed described, now it was too late
more then 100,000 were killed
in his ego of war glory
but his soul was now broken, and thrilled
now he had nothing left apart from this winning story
haunting voices were snatching his inner peace now
"My husband, father and son are dead
what will i live for, and how?"
with sorrow, remorse and agony his brutal voice has now shed

"Ashoka, you still have a way to wash away your sins"
came a voice from the lady in his hand
Kaurwaki was alive, the lady of his dreams!!
His angel was still breathing on this evil land

Kaurwaki taught Ashoka how to be a warrior of hearts
Vowing for buddhism, he started living different paths
A journey where peace and harmony exists
A journey where soul meets
He vowed to never take a life again
King Ashoka's love, Kaurwaki showed him
The brightest light in the darkest hours of pain...

Sky Lights

No partiality of day or night
There is always a continuous array of sky light

Constant enthusiasm as yesterday
An amazing captivity of love and devotion,
With every fall of sun ray
No partiality of day or night
There is always a continuous array of sky light

Perky, calm reflections
Neither hot nor spiteful
With a burst of white yet colorful affections
No partiality of day or night
There is always a continuous array of sky light

An exact epitome of life and living
The real adventure of falling but dreaming
To give lights even if it takes to burn yourself
Teaches us to live instead of being vestige

No partiality of day or night
There is always a continuous array of sky light

Missing you like oxygen in my blood
Missing you with every tear initiating flood…

(At 3:00)
Boy:    Shona?
(3:02)  You awake?
(3:20)  I’m yours baby
I’m the shore and you are the sea that touches me now and again
I’m the necklace and you are the thread holding it
I’m a fish and you are the sea which is my world
I’m the smile and you are its beauty
I’m an eye and you are its depth
I’m a perfume and you are its aroma
I’m the tree and you are the root holding it
I’m the song and you are its lyrics
I’m the body and you are the blood in it
You are embedded in my mind and soul my love…and I’m yours, just yours!!

Morning 7:00 AM
Girl:   Shona, you should have given me a call if you woke up later
Boy:   You could have done that too…
For every tear you shed, there will be a face to cheer you up.
For every scar you bear, there will be a healer to fill that up.
For every wound you take, there will be a hand to stop the blood.
For every thorn that pinches you, there will be a rose to freshen you up.
For every time you stumble, there will be a shoulder to help you stand.
For every time you fumble, there will be lips to complete your words.
For every time your throat chokes, there will be a glass of water to clear you up.
For every time you get hurt, there will be a joke that will bring your smile up.
Anytime you are stuck, there will be a soul lending you the help.
For every time you get confused, there will be a soul to define you up.
For every time you get caught up in bad memories, there will be one to give you happy vibes.
For every time you get disappointed of yourself, there will be a voice motivating you up.
Life may be a big journey and many a times I will be the reason for your hiccups
But trust me darling I will stop, give you water and walk with you till you reach your destination.

A Women's Love

If a women decides to love you, she'll...unconditionally!!

“Hey, free??”
“No, actually I’m in office baby, can I call you once I’m free?”
“OK, I’ll be waiting”
After approx half an hour her cell rings…
“Yes, free now?”
“No, I’m still busy…I just called to inform you not to wait…I’ll be late today.”
“OK, I won’t.”
Later at night, the door bell rings, she walk towards the door…nobody was there.
She come back and call him.
He disconnects the call and calls her after a while
“hey…still busy?”
“yes, why are you awake till now?”
“I heard the door bell, either I was dreaming or someone is trying to scare me. Haha. But I’m actually scared can you come back faster?”
“Sorry baby I can’t”
“What’s the time?”
“11:45. Don’t worry, I remember its your birthday tomorrow. I’ll be there by morning.”
She disconnects the call and starts missing her family. With tears rolling down her cheeks, she called her mother…
“Hey mom”
“hey beta…all OK? Its too late.”
“mom, at least you should not forget…tomorrow is my birthday. I’m not able to bear this excitement.”
“hahaha…where is your darling hubby? He must be there with a cake by now.”
“yes mom, he’s here only, giving me awful looks since my birthday will be anytime and I chose you over him.”
“Awww…you should not do this to him, he’s your hubby now, and its your first birthday after marriage.”
Another tear rolled down her cheeks thinking of how much she has expected from him for this day.
“Hello, beta. You there???”
“yes, yes I’m here”
“you’re fine na?”
“yes mom, ammm…its 11:58 mother he is asking me to disconnect, so I’ll call you later…bye mom”
She disconnected before her mother could realize her tears and called him expecting a melodious birthday wish.
He didn’t respond any of her call.
It was 12:58 now, her eyes were now paining because of tears, still she wasn’t able to control.
In another half an hour, she gave him another two calls…but he didn’t pick any of them.
She opened one of their wedding photograph, and slept staring at it, making herself warm remembering those joyful moments they had.

*Morning 7:00 a.m.*
The door bell woke her up and she runs toward the door in excitement. It was her neighbor’s kid and her student who came to wish her before going to school with a greeting in his hand.
She greeted him and promised for the party that evening.
After another 10 min, the door bell ringed and it was him.
“Happy birthday darling” he said, hugging her with a bunch of orchids in his hands.
“thank you”
“You were waiting for me?”
“haha…you really think so? My cell was full of calls and I didn’t got a single moment to think of you. Still I made some calls just to inform you that my friends came over and we were partying like the last day of our lives. Buhhh…thank god you didn’t got time, else I wouldn’t have enjoyed that much.” She said in a really cheerful manner, enough to convince him. “And yes, don’t tell mumma please, she don’t like parties much, so I told her I was with you because the music was very loud. And yes, I’m tired, can we please have a sleep instead of partying again?”
“Thank god you said that, otherwise I would have died of guilt. And yes, I’m also tired, come lets have some sleep my pretty wife.”
